This request is for the JCMA migration tool to improve the real status of “ready to run” when the pre-flight checks has completed but the migration plan was not started right after the pre-flight checks. Due to this scenario, JCMA shows “ready to run” however the migration assistant will perform the pre-flight checks (PFC) again in case the previous PFC is outdated.

If the checks need/will be redone because Atlassian believes the earlier results are outdated, bring it up to the user: either create a new plan or rerun the checks here (which we already identified as a problematic approach). At this point there is no indication that we need yet another plan or that the check are being re-run.
