LMS not fixing some of <BaseURL>/download/attachments/<PageID>/<ImageName> type links post migration

      Issue Summary

      LMS is not fixing some of  <BaseURL>/download/attachments/<PageID>/<ImageName> type links post-migration. According to documentation, these links should be automatically remapped by LMS, but customers are experiencing that these links remain unfixed after migration.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Perform a Confluence DC/Server to Cloud migration with pages containing <BaseURL>/download/attachments/<PageID>/<ImageName> type links
      2. After migration completes, run the LMS
      3. Observe that some of the attachment download links are not being remapped to Cloud URLs (but some fixed)

      Expected Results

      LMS should automatically fix/remap the links to the correct Cloud URLs

      Actual Results

      The links remain unfixed after migration. LMS does not resolve these attachment download links. Those links are not even appearing in the audit logs. 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
