      Issue Summary

      App consent preflight check fails constantly on version 3.13.15 for CCMA 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Select an app that has no automated migration path as needed in cloud
      2. Create a migration plan with it
      3. App consent preflight check is failing

      Expected Results

      App consent preflight check is passing

      Actual Results

      Preflight check fails with You have not consented to app data migration

      Workaround

      Downgrade to CCMA 3.13.14 or don't select the app with no automated migration path as there is no impact on app migrations since the data is not migration with the App migration platform
