Description:

There is no way to cancel just the stuck projects in a JCMA migration. The cross-project migration phase gets blocked waiting for the stuck projects. In some cases project export/import gets stuck for many hours/days and fails. A feature to selectively cancel/skip individual stuck projects would allow the rest of the migration to proceed, and the stuck projects can be re-run in a separate plan later.
