Even though documentation already advises customers to update their apps in both, DC and Cloud, to the latest version before starting a migration, it would be useful to the admins to have a check with a descriptive warning message informing them about outdated Cloud versions of apps selected for migration.

One option is to have a minimum cloud version for the Marketplace Migration API similar to the on-prem version.

Or, have the installed Cloud app version returned in the MigrationPlanContext.
