BCMA should allow using CSV to filter repositories to be migrated

      Issue Summary

Currently, in the Cloud Migration Assistant tooling, you select which repositories to migrate in one of a few ways:

      • Click an individual repository,
      • Select All on a single page of 30 repositories
      • Selecting all the repositories on the system

This requires manual effort to search through all repositories and determine which shouldn't be migrated.

In larger/complex migrations, it would be beneficial to export a list of repositories and allow users to import a CSV/text file (or in-tool GUI) that then selects a large range of repositories into their migration plans, rather than a checkbox dialogue.

      Suggestions

      1. Allow the Bitbucket Cloud Migration Assistant to export/provide a list of all repositories,
      2. Require the user to edit this list (CSV, textlist, GUI) in an easy fashion that takes into account large amounts of spaces.
      3. Allow the import of this list (CSV, textlist, GUI) into aBitbucket Migration Assistant Migration Plan Wizard during the step of selecting what spaces you plan to migrate, allowing multiple repositories to be selected at once.

      Expected Results

A wide range of repositories can be selected and edited outside a checkbox dialog, enabling faster setup of phased/partial migrations in medium to large-scale migrations.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
