Support Migration of "Send slack Message" Actions in Automation Rules via JCMA

      Issue Summary

      When customers use JCMA to migrate Automation Rules, rules containing Send Slack Message Actions are not migrated to the cloud.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Select the "All rules" or "Rules related to selected projects" in the automation rules section
      2. Complete the migration to the cloud

      Expected Results

      The rules with Send Slack Message Actions from the DC should have been available on the cloud.

      Workaround

      Manually reconfigure the cloud automation rules configuration to resemble the DC configuration
