Issue Summary
In BCMA, there is no Retry option for failed repository migrations, so admins must create a new migration plan and re‑select repositories each time something fails.
Steps to Reproduce
- Run a Bitbucket Cloud Migration Assistant (BCMA) migration with multiple repositories.
- Allow the migration to complete so that one or more repositories fail.
- Open the migration details and review available actions for failed repositories.
Expected Results
- Failed repositories offer a Retry action (per‑repo or “Retry all failed”) that:
-
- Reuses the same migration plan and configuration.
-
- Only re‑runs the failed repositories.
Actual Results
- Failed repositories cannot be retried from the same migration.
- The only option is to create a new migration and re‑select repositories, which is slow and error‑prone for large migrations.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior, other than creating a new BCMA migration and re‑selecting the repositories to re‑run. A workaround will be added here when available.
