Hidden fields in DC does not appear on Jira Cloud after migration.

      Issue Summary

      The field is either missing from the Field Configuration list or lacks the Show action, preventing the admin from reactivating it.
      This is inline with recent change 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create hidden fields on DC
      2. Migrate to Jira Cloud using JCMA
      3. Hidden fields are not visible in the Field Configurations

      Expected Results

      Admin must be able to unhide Hidden fields after the migration from DC to Cloud.

      Actual Results

      1. Hidden fields are not visible in the Field Configuration.

      Workaround

      Unhide the fields before migration from DC to Cloud.
