Currently, if Assets is installed on the Data Center site, JCMA will still detect Assets‑related data, even when the user does not explicitly select Assets in the migration UI. 

If the target Cloud site does not have a Jira Service Management (JSM) Premium subscription (required for Assets on Cloud), JCMA may block the migration during pre‑checks.

There should be a way for JCMA to skip Assets migrations and let users migrate it separately when they decide to.
