Issue Summary

With JCMA JSM assets migration GA, it supports migrating assets/objects now.

However, we noticed one issue: attribute on objects "Project" does not migrate if the projects in the attributes were not migrated prior to the current migration.

This won't work even the projects and assets/objects are within the same migration plan.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure target site does not have the projects in the assets/objects attribute "Project" on source DC.
2. Pick the assets/objects and the projects that are included in the object attribute: "Project" in the migration plan.
3. Ran the migration.

Expected Results

The objects data with attribute: "Project" should be migrated.

Actual Results

The object attribute "Project" is Null.

Workaround

There's current no known solution. Need to adjust/top up the value after migration on the target site.
