Issue Summary

Jira Cloud Migration Assistant requires the migrating user to have "Browse Project" permission for all the projects getting migrated to cloud regardless the migrating user is an system administrator on Server/DC.

This enforce system admin to manually add a person or group to "Browse Project" permission. Some organizations restricts system admin to make changes to the project permission scheme blocks user to migrate the data to cloud.

Check the following before migrating all boards and filters: The admin users running the migration must have Browse project permissions on all projects that are selected for migration.

Expected Results

Jira server/DC system admin user to migrate all the projects, filters, boards, Dashboards, etc without any permission (Browse Project) validation.

Actual Results

Migrating user cannot migrate all the data from Jira server/DC to cloud without adding to "Browse project" permission.

Workaround

Provide the admin users with "Browse project" permissions on all projects that are selected for migration.
