When customizing users using JCMA's Assess and Prepare Your Users feature, JCMA provides a CSV that allows you to modify user email addresses, tombstone accounts, or combine duplicate accounts.

It can be difficult to manage a large userbase using the options currently available in the CSV. To improve this functionality, you should include additional columns, such as each user's last login date, as well as the current status of each account (active or inactive).
