Summary

Introduce a feature within the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) UI that allows users to pause and resume the app migration process, specifically targeting migrations involving the Xray app. This functionality aims to provide users with more control over their migration processes and reduce dependency on Atlassian support for managing app migrations.

Problem Statement:

Currently, when performing a migration of projects along with the Xray app in a Data Center (DC) instance, users face a challenge if any project migration fails or is incomplete. They can rerun the project migration, but can't include the Xray app during this rerun. To manage this, users need to contact Atlassian support to pause the app migration before running a full data migration and unpause it after the project migrations are complete. This dependency on support can delay the migration process and reduce efficiency.

Add a feature to the JCMA UI that allows users to pause & resume App Migration
