Issue Summary

In CCMA, after performing an attachment only migration, the space selection for next plan shows the space status as MIGRATED. But only the attachments have been migrated, the space data is still pending, which is inconsistent and confusing for the customer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run attachment only migration for selected spaces.
2. Create another plan after previous one completes, the space selection shows status as migrated.

Expected Results

The status should be indicative of whether the complete migration has been done or only attachment is migrated.

Workaround

List of already migrated spaces and pending spaces can be obtained from DB queries.
