Issue Summary

Migrating space from Confluence DC with a MySQL 5.7 database results in import failures. Error messages come from notifications import phase.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an environment running Confluence DC 7.19.22 and MySQL 5.7
2. Create a space and choose to watch the space
3. Run a migration with this space

Expected Results

The space migrates successfully with proper watch (notification) settings associated with the space(s).

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the CCMA review migration screen:

Import to cloud failed. Message: Something went wrong with progressEvent. To investigate this error provide the trace id xxxxxxx to Atlassian support. Error: ERROR: invalid input syntax for type boolean: "[B@5acbf9ab"; To investigate this error please provide the trace id xxxxxxx to Atlassian support. Open the troubleshooting page and locate a fix under the Migration errors section.
