Summary

The customer created a new sandbox URL with the Jira app installed.
JSM was not installed.
The customer used selective projects only to copy Jira projects (excluding any JSM projects)

Expected Behavior

The Sandbox copy should complete successfully

Actual Behavior

Status shows "INCOMPLETE"
Dashboard shows "FAILED" for User and Group copy tasks

Suggestion

The error is occurring because user and group memberships appear to be trying to copy users with JSM roles. The end result is that these tasks will fail, causing the entire copy to be marked incomplete.
