      Issue Summary

      Even after allowing the URLs listed at IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud apps in the firewall, an error 'Network access is unavailable for some URLs' appears in the CCMA Pre-flight check.

      https://api.atlassian.com
      https://api-private.atlassian.com
      

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Allow the URLs listed at IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud apps in the firewall on the server.
      2. Run the CCMA Pre-flight check

      Expected Results

      Pass the Pre-flight check.

      Actual Results

      An error, 'Network access is unavailable for some URLs' appears for the following URLs:

      https://api.media.atlassian.com
      https://api.atlassian.com
      https://api-private.atlassian.com
      

      Workaround

      Please allow 'https://developer.atlassian.com' and 'https://id.atlassian.com' in the firewall and rerun the Pre-flight check.
