Add migration start and end date to migration plans

      Problem Definition

      Right now the information of a migration plan that's available in JCMA(JIRA Cloud migration Assistant) is pretty limited and users can see mostly summaries of about the project migrations but there are no dates.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the migration start and end date to JCMA migration plans so admins can have a better idea of when certain projects were migrated.
