Issue Summary

Currently BCMA allows to select the Fork Repos for migration as an independent repository however it does not migrate their links or association with parent repositories as described in What gets Migration using BCMA.  

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use BCMA to migrate Bitbucket Repositories from Server/DC to Cloud
2. Select a Fork Repository along with other repository for migration

Expected Results

The links associated with the Fork Repo should be migrated to Bitbucket Cloud.

Actual Results

BCMA does not support migration of Fork Repo links which results in Data Loss after the migration.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

For now it is recommended to merge any open pull requests from forks prior to migrating to the cloud to prevent any data loss.
