Issue Summary

• Expedia chose to migrate All Automation Rules
• 272 Automation rules didn't migrate and we have to manually export->transform->Import
• No errors and no information on why these automation rules were skipped

Steps to Reproduce

• Unique to one customer that we noticed
• No Repro steps available. Suspecting this might be related to webhooks format for slack
  Example of unsupported webhook:
  jira.issue.outgoing.webhook

Expected Results

• Migrate all Automation rules
• If there is a failure condition, report the same and let customer decided how to proceed

Actual Results

• No errors and no information, A4J rules will be skipped

Workaround

• Manually export->transform->Import
