Today, the error "Some apps are not registered to receive migration notifications" appears only after you run the pre-flight checks. It takes time to finally see the error, and the action for that is back in the App Assessment, which means you have to re-run the pre-flight checks.

This error should pop up during App Assessment phase, which would be easier to deal with.
