      Problem Definition

      Right now the JIRA Cloud migration assistant doesn't have any public REST endpoints to facilitate tasks when working in extent migrations

      Suggested Solution

      Create public endpoints for the assistant so users can submit new plans and check information from past migrations as well as consult the current mappings for entities that were already migrated.
