      Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install the app Smart Checklist Pro for Jira (app key rw-smart-checklist-biz)
      2. Create a migration plan in JCMA and add the app Smart Checklist Pro for Jira
      3. Run the preflight checks

      Expected Results

In the preflight checks, a warning message should appear in the section "Some apps are not registered to receive migration notifications" showing the app name to direct the customer to the Marketplace Partner support portal. Also, the customer is able to deselect the app in the app assessment to continue and run the migration.

      REFERENCE: Default Atlassian checks

      Actual Results

An errror message appears in the section "Some apps are not registered to receive migration notifications", the app name is not described in the expand box and the migration plan is blocked to run (the run button remains grayed out):

      Workaround

Add one app per time, and then refresh the preflight checks to verify which app is blocking the migration plan on the JCMA, remove the app from the migration plan and then contact the vendor support
