Problem Description

After migrating from Cloud to Cloud, web links to Jira issues present in Jira tickets may still refer to the source Cloud instance URL.

Plus, currently, web links to Jira issues present in Jira tickets are not fixed through the Legacy link-fixing script.

Format of such links are:

https://acme-jira.atlassian.net/browse/ACME-1
