Provide URL mapping for attachments URLs between Confluence Server and Cloud after migration

      Problem Definition

      The customer wants to get the URL mapping information for the attachments (corresponding Server and Cloud URL) between Confluence Server and Confluence Cloud after migration.

      Situation

      • In some occasions, the customers use 3rd-party tools that use attachment URLs, in this case, they might need the attachment URL mapping to setup redirects between their 3rd-party tools to their Atlassian cloud.
      • Currently, the mapping is possible only for Page links by contacting Atlassian support, but they don't include attachment URLs.

      Suggest Resolution

      • Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant provides URL mapping information for the attachments.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no feature or workaround for this.
