Issue Summary

Jira Cloud Migration assistant does not Migrate Roles under the People section of the projects

Steps to Reproduce

• Migrate a project From Server to Cloud.
• Under the Users and Roles, we observe that the page has Users and groups added with required Roles
• Migrate the project to Cloud site with Jira Cloud Migration assistant
• Observe that Migration is succesfull with all the green checks

In the Cloud site

• Go to the migrated project
• Project settings --> people
• Observe that the Page is empty

Expected Results

Users and Roles should migrate successfully. And should have the same set of users and groups as that in the server.

Actual Results

The people page is empty

Workaround

If you are using the Jira Migration Assistant 1.3.1 or older:

• This bug will not affect you. We have taken remediation steps to prevent new customers from upgrading to JCMA version 1.3.2

If you are using the Jira Migration Assistant 1.3.2: 

• A hotfix has just been release that fixes the issue. Upgrade to 1.3.3 of Jira Cloud Migration Assistant to fix MIG-216. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222010/jira-cloud-migration-assistant/version-history
