Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup a custom field value on a jiraissue as Data Center URL
2. Migrate to cloud
3. Delete the project and move it to trash.
4. Run LMS/Product Link Fixes

Expected Results

LMS should ignore issues in trash. 

Actual Results

LMS run will fail with
