Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

While installing CCMA, we are taking long time (~4-6 hours) to be able to start using when customer has a large dataset (+50k spaces). This is happening due to statistics collection. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a new CCMA version
2. Try to create a plan and execute a migration

Expected Results

Be able to create and execute a plan in some minutes

Actual Results

We have to wait some hours (4-6 hours) to start using
