When some links were failed to fix, Product Links tool doesn't provide the report on why it failed and what is the affected issue/field.

Why this is important

After links fixing completed, it ends with status ISSUE_FOUND. However, there's no way for admins to understand what's the actual issue. It requires admin to reach out to Atlassian Support to analyse on why it failed and how to overcome them.
