During the migration of a repository from a Bitbucket Server to Bitbucket Cloud, the Migration may occasionally be labelled as "incomplete". The setting is not migrated and hence plans are marked as incomplete

This problem arises because of invalid branch patterns, such as leading "/" or "?" patterns consisting of invalid special characters.

Implement preflight checks to identify invalid branch patterns for selected repositories
