Split the CSV files for the post-migration report when the size goes over a certain limit

      Summary

      Depending on the number of projects/issues/custom fields and other entities in scope for the migration, the post-migration report may be significant. In some cases, it can exceed 1 GB.

      If the user tries to open those files in software that can read CSV files, they may not open due to their size.

      Request

      If the JCMA detects that the CSV file is greater than a certain threshold value, > 50 MB (for example), it should split those files into smaller ones so that the users can open them and review the information listed there.
