Issue Summary

Using the DF(com.atlassian.jira.migration.project.configuration.only) while migrating to cloud using a JCMA 1.12.9 (or newest version) is migrating all issues of the project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. JCMA 1.12.9 (or newest version)
2. Create a project on server with issues.
3. Enable the com.atlassian.jira.migration.project.configuration.only Dark feature on server.
4. Use the JCMA to migrate the project to cloud.

Expected Results

The JCMA migrate only the project configuration.

Actual Results

It is migrating all issues with the project configuration.

Workaround

Use a older version of JCMA. It is working properly on:

• JCMA 1.11.12
• JCMA 1.9.17
