Give a list of all boards and filters in scope

      Due to external integrations , customers need a list of the boards and filters in scope of migration so they can better prepare for the effort/time needed. 

      As IDs can't be predicted before migration, atleast the names of the scoped boards and filters should be accessible in a downloadable form.
