JCMA allows migrating projects with keys starting with digits

      Issue Summary

      JCMA currently allows migrating projects with keys starting with digits. This does not align with the project key validation on Jira Cloud where it requires starting with an uppercase letter.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira project on server with a project key starting with a digit (e.g 123)
      2. Migrate the project to Cloud via JCMA

      Expected Results

      Either allow the user to change the project key during migration or prevent these projects from being migrated.

      Actual Results

      The project is migrated to the cloud.

      Workaround

      Change project keys before migration.
