Issue Summary

Workaround for https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/MIG-186 asks for adding dark feature

com.atlassian.jira.migration.skip.migrated.on.text

but it doesn't prevent the text from being added to descriptions in Request types

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Request type adding in Summary, Description and basic fields. 
2. Add the dark feature com.atlassian.jira.migration.skip.migrated.on.text 
3. Migrate it, you will still see the "Migrated on" flag. 

Expected Results

Dark Feature was supposed to prevent flags from being added.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
