External images with links are not updated with Update Product Link feature

      Summary

      When using CCMA to migrate Spaces, if a page contains an external image with data like:

      <ac:image>
<ri:url ri:value="http://confluence.atlassian.com/download/attachments/12345/somefile.png?version=1&amp;modificationDate=11111&amp;api=v2" /></ac:image>

      The link will not be updated, resulting in a broken image. However, the referenced page ID has been migrated to the Cloud, so the image is present on another page.

      Suggestion

      Update Product Links should be able to update Download attachment links with the pattern http://confluence.atlassian.com/download/attachments/ even when in an external image link.
