CCMA - Provide important breaking changes notice or resources

    • 10
    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Summary

When migrating from a server to the cloud or between different cloud platforms, it is important to provide notifications or resources about potential changes that could cause issues.

For instance, Jira gadgets on Confluence pages are incompatible across different sites, and certain editing features like nested macros may not be available in the cloud.

Breaking features can have a negative impact on user's productivity and workflow if not identified before the migration.

      Feature Request

Including notifications or resources on the CCMA tool would help users prepare for potential changes when performing a migration.
