Issue Summary

The current Link-Fixing Solution, as described here doesn't fix on-perm links in Global Page Template

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Global Template & Blueprints on the Confluence Server
2. Create a Template and include some on-perm links
3. Migrate using CCMA to the cloud
4. Global Template will get migrated but links will still point to on-perm links

Expected Results

All links on the Global Template on the cloud should point to the cloud post-migration

Actual Results

All links on the Global Template on the cloud are pointing to On-perm server links

Workaround

Manually edit the links on Cloud by following https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/edit-a-global-template/
