Re-migrating a project won't re-import Sprint membership

      Issue Summary

      When trying to re-import a project with JCMA if a Sprint was deleted after a previous import, it won't be imported again.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Migrate any project with an active sprint.
      2. Close the active.
      3. Delete the closed sprint in Cloud (from step 2).
      4. Delete the full project.
      5. Re-migrate the project

      Expected Results

      JCMA should re-migrate the entire project and its Sprint.

      Actual Results

      The active sprint from server is not present on cloud. All issues that were in the active sprint will be moved to the project backlog.
