      Issue Summary

      During a C2C Migration when Post Migration report shows failing entities in Change Group, the issue history of the project is missing. 

      And this should be considered incomplete migration. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. N/A

      Expected Results

      Consider the migration incomplete as the project data is incomplete. 

      Actual Results

      Migration shows as successful

      Workaround

      Please review the Post Migration reports and verify any non-migrated missing data.
