Link Fixing Solution Should support link-updates on existing product in Cloud Site

      Issue Summary

      Current Link-Fixing Solution as described here fixes the links in a product only if it was migrated to Cloud. It does not allow to select the product to apply "Update Links" if the product already exists in Cloud.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Jira is in Cloud and Confluence in On-Prem
      2. Jira has Confluence Links which points to On-prem
      3. Migrate Confluence to Cloud Site where Jira already exists
      4. Post-Migration, try to fix the Confluence Links present in Jira by referring this article

      Expected Results

      Jira should show in "Product Links" page for selection in order to perform "Update Links"

      Actual Results

      Jira does not show in "Product Links" page for selection in order to perform "Update Links"

      Workaround

      Customer need to reach-out to Atlassian Support in order to perform Manual Link Fixing as described in Legacy method for link-fixing.
