Problem
Jira Cloud Migration Assistant introduced statistics gathering and storage , to populate the table AO_6FF49D_NODE_INFRASTRUCTURE data Jira checks the storage usage of the shared home directory using size of directory on a daily schedule causing spikes on the NFS server
Environment
Jira data center with NFS
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Jira Cloud Migration Assistant 1.11.1
- Place a high number of attachments to the shared-home for example a count of 488 566
- Allow Jira to run the scheduled Jobs
Expected Results
- The statistics collection jobs will be lightweight
- The statistics collection will be triggered as part of a migration plan
Actual Results
- NFS server CPU spikes during the collection of the used storage
- The scheduled job "jira-migration-jira-infrastructure-metrics" is triggered by default even there's no need and there's no migration taking place
Workaround
- Disable the plugin "Jira Cloud Migration Assistant" from the menu Administration - manage apps
