Provide a mechanism to fix links present in the releases panel on Jira issues after a Cloud to Cloud migration

      Problem Description
      After migrating from Cloud to Cloud or Server to Cloud, links present in the releases panel on Jira issues may still refer to the old source (Cloud/Server) instance URL.

      Plus, currently, links present in the releases panel are not fixed through the Legacy link-fixing script.

      Format of such URLs are

      https://XXX.atlassian.net/projects/PKEY/versions/10000/tab/release-report-all-issues

      In S2C updates Updated URLs would have wrong version IDs. 

      Suggested Solution
      Provide a mechanism to fix links present in the releases panel on Jira issues post-migration.
