Issue Summary

The documentation states that you can't migrate Archived Issues using MAAO.

Through testing, I could confirm that Archived Issues aren't kept Archived after migration, they are restored to active.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Archive an Issue in Server.
2. In JCMA, use the Migrate all at Once option.
3. Find your archived issues restored in Cloud.

Expected Results

The Archived issues in Server must remain Archived in Cloud when migrating with JCMA Lift and Shift.

Workaround

Migrate using the "Choose what to migrate" option.
