      Steps to Reproduce

The error "Something went wrong" can occur in JCMA, CCMA migrations for a number of reasons including user admin rights, project selection, etc.

This error can, for example, prevent migration plans from being created or apps from being assessed.

      Example:

      1. Customer is not an Org admin at one of the websites in a Cloud to Cloud migration. Or the customer is an Org admin at both websites but as a user is marked as 'Inactive'.
      2. If multiple duplicate projects are selected in the migration plan which already exist on destination website.

      Expected Results

It would help if the error message was more descriptive so that users knew what to check. For example, if the error is related to the user privileges, then the error message could point to this.
