      Issue Summary

When there is a selection NONE for cross project boards and filters in the migration, the following gets migrated:

      1. Single project filters and cross project filters shared to projects get migrated with the shared project irrespective of the mode selection even in NONE mode.
      2. Single project boards get migrated along with the project irrespective of the mode selection even in NONE mode.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create two projects (A,B), create Single project Filters and Cross project Filters shared to A,B.
      2. Start a migration.
      3. Select the A and B projects for migration.
      4. In the Select Cross Projects Boards and Filters selection, select NONE.
      5. Run the migration
      6. Verify on the cloud site, the single project boards of A and B, Single and cross project filters shared to A,B will be present on the cloud site.

      Expected Results

With None Selection Mode, no any filters and boards should get migrated.

      Actual Results

Single project filters and cross project filters shared to projects and Single project boards get migrated along with the project irrespective of the mode selection even in NONE mode.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior because this is to ensure that no critical data or configuration that is directly related to a particular project is lost during the migration process, even when the mode selection is set to NONE, so not going to fix it somewhere soon.
