Issue Summary

During project migrations with JCMA, attachments may be missing from the server. If the user proceeds with the migration despite the missing attachments, the attachments will be broken on the destination Cloud site after the migration is completed.

Currently, the only way to get the attachments migrated over is to resolve the issue with missing attachments on the source and delete/re-migrate the project.

Asking for the ability to perform an attachment only migration with JCMA and have it link properly with projects that were already migrated to avoid deleting the project that was already migrated and may be in use.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
