Issue Summary

After migrating from Jira or Confluence Server/DC to Cloud, links of the format /resumedraft.action are not fixed.

Scenario

• Confluence Server/DC -> Confluence Cloud migration
• Jira may or may not be migrated

Steps to Reproduce

Confluence server

1. Ensure collaborative editing is turned on
2. Create a Confluence page, but do not publish it
3. Copy the link in the URL bar. It should resemble:
   https://confluence.customer.com/pages/resumedraft.action?draftId=31003644&draftShareId=35c62be3-bd0b-41ed-a0fe-24bb67a8aad6&

Jira server

1. Create a new issue. In the issue description, add the link to https://confluence.customer.com/pages/resumedraft.action?draftId=31003644&draftShareId=35c62be3-bd0b-41ed-a0fe-24bb67a8aad6&

Expected Results

Links to Confluence page drafts are correctly resolved after link fixing

Actual Results

Content is not updated by link fixing tooling
