Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Risk Management app on the server and the cloud
2. Create some app data
3. Attempt to migrate the app data to the cloud

Expected Results

1. Custom fields should be migrated to the cloud as unique records

Actual Results

1. Duplicate customs fields are found on the cloud (without the "migrated" appended to the name)

Workaround

• update the custom field where searcherkey = com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.customfieldtypes:selectissuefieldsearcher and not com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.customfieldtypes:multiselectsearcher (for the “Treatment custom field)
• Delete the duplicated custom field where searcherkey = com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.customfieldtypes:multiselectsearcher
